A ServiceFactory for either acquiring or creating a VerifiableAgentNamingService based upon the RMIAgentNamingService. The item returned by the factory method is an RMIAgentNamingServiceProxy (conforms to the AgentNamingService interface) composing a remote reference to a RMIAgentNamingService as implemented by the RMIAgentNamingSystem.
