A ServiceFactory for either acquiring or creating a VerifiableDirectoryService based upon the RMIVerifiableDirectoryService. The item returned by the factory method is an RMIVerifiableDirectoryProxy (conforms to the VerifiableAgentDirectoryService interface) composing a remote reference to a RMIAgentNamingService as implemented by the RMIVerifiableDirectorySystem.
